Green Packaging, Healthy Life

Everyone loves delicious food. It's not hard to notice that fast-food restaurants and snacks stores are full of the streets. Besides, those goods you buy from the supermarkets also are well wrapped with papers, plastic boxes, etc. There is no doubt that take-away food offers us great convenience to enjoy various foods, however, the packaging we consumed and left do enormous harms to the environment. Disposing of great number of packaging is a hard nut to crack as the traditional packaging.
Generally speaking, traditional packaging materials are plastic (PVC), glass, paper, metal, composite and others. Most of these packaging, except for paper, cost years to biodegrade and they will emit poisonous chemicals which not only pollute the nature but also increase the possibilities to suffer illness like cancers. Therefore, green packaging is an indispensable lifesaver. After you read the following information, I hope you guys could know more about green life.
What is Green Packaging?
Green packaging is made from a special plant-sugarcane. Because of its unique raw material and production process, the Eco-friendly food packaging can be almost biodegraded within three months (ninety days). Moreover, the biodegradable packaging, which can withstand 100 degree Celsius and 120 degree Celsius oil, is free to be used in oven, microwave and refrigerator.

Biodegradable Paper Pulp Tableware V.S. Other Different Tableware
First Round: PET and Disposable Food Trays
PET is a milky white or light yellow highly crystalline polymer; its surface is smooth and shiny. It is good in creep resistance, fatigue resistance, abrasion resistance, and dimensional stability, less wear and high hardness, and it has the maximum toughness of the thermoplastics; it has good electrical insulation properties, not easy to be affected by temperature, but its corona resistance is poor. And it is non-toxic, weather resistant, good resistance to chemical stability, low water absorption, resistance to weak acids and organic solvents, but not resistant to hot water immersion. PET is not heat-resistant and it begins to be out of shape once heated in the oven and finally melts.
The Second Round:
Corn Starch Disposable Boxes and Sugarcane Pulp Fiber Packaging
Corn starch tableware is biodegradable product, which uses corn starch as the main raw material, and processed by high-tech production process, and it can go on self-degradation under natural conditions, so as to avoid the contamination to the environment, and save oil and other non-renewable resources. However, part of the corn starch tableware is plastic, the tableware cannot be made without plastic.
